Zuri Widow
Zuri Widow is a special White Widow pheno-type that appeared in the Basque region of Spain in the late 1990s. It was popular with an assortment of cannabis activists and indoor growers at that time. It has won many awards and has won many fans due to its extremely white appearance, heavy resin production and a woody/floral aroma. It has a soft, earthy, mossy flavour which has a touch of sweetness about it. Although it has a heavy indica hit the small proportion of sativa in its genetics gives it a little lift which is enough to stop it from being totally couch-lock in effect. It is a small-ish plant with wide, dark green leaves betraying its indica heritage and performs excellently in hydroponic systems. Yields are good if not exceptional but when cured its buds provide a lot of resin when used with a grinder. Indoors growers will crop 450 - 550 gr/m2 in 8 to 10 weeks of the flowering phase. Outdoors, where it grows shrub-like, plants will yield between 1450 - 1950 gr/plant either in late September or during the first half of October in the northern hemisphere.
