Wedding Cake is a currently hot US strain which is an indica-dominant cross of Cherry Pie and Girl Scout Cookies (GSC) strains. It is highly regarded both for its potency and high yield potential. Hailing from the West Coast, this 60% indica takes 8 - 9 weeks to complete the flowering stage when cultivated indoors. During florescence it exudes a very attractive, sweet scent. Yields in this environment are between 500 - 600 gr/m2. Cultivation also takes place outdoors where each plant is capable of producing in excess of 600 gr. Buds can display some nice colours with blue tones apparent. Earthy and sour flavours with some sweet notes are detected on the palate. Very high THC levels of 24%+ are accompanied by low CBD of just 0.34%. The combined effect is one of calmness whilst being happy and deeply relaxing. It is very much a strain for enjoying in the evening or other times when the agenda is free.
