Tatanka Pure CBD is a 70% indica variety which produces very high levels of CBD while having exceedingly low amounts of THC. Tatanka Pure CBD was bred by crossing Elixir Vitae (Elixir of Life) and Medical CBD, two medicinal strains high in CBD production. Plants grow to be 70 - 110 cm. tall producing 400 - 450 gr/m2 in 6 - 8 weeks flowering. When grown outdoors this strain prefers a warm climate. It will grow to be 100 - 160 cm. tall yielding 400 - 450 gr/plant with northern latitude harvests being ready in early October. The buds have a scent of bitter caramel and taste of sweet spices. CBD levels are between 9 - 14% while THC production comes in at a maximum of 0.25%! These figures give a minimum CBD:THC ratio of 36:1.
