TasteBud OG

TasteBud OG is aptly named as this strain has a deliciously sweet taste that will have growers coming back for more. It is bred by crossing Pot of Gold with AK47. TasteBud OG is a Kush hybrid strain that produces higher yields than any other OG Kush available to the general public. This plant is quite easy to grow with the Kush genetics helping to greatly reduce the tendency to stretch a lot as seen with the AK47. The buds on this strain are some of the fattest ever seen and for this reason outdoor cultivation should be restricted to temperate climates where humidity is much less of an issue. Indoor growers are strongly advised to ensure very good air circulation and ventilation especially in the final 4 weeks of flowering as mould can be an issue and crops can be devastated very quickly. Below 50% humidity is advised. Flowering takes around 9 weeks in total. Another point for growers to be aware of is the necessity to support the branches as otherwise they can easily snap under the weight of the fattening buds. Seedism state that if using sticks/canes to help train the plants that these are inserted into the soil early on in growth to avoid damaging roots once they have really taken hold. The yields can be extravagantly high; together with the taste and effect this makes TasteBud OG a "must-have" strain in every grower's collection.
