Super Silver Bilbo

Super Silver Bilbo is a cross between Critical Bilbo and Super Silver Haze and was the winner of the BIO Cup at the 2005 Highlife Show in Barcelona. It has been in the hands of Genehtik Seeds since 1998 and has become one of the most popular Haze strains in Spain with a legion of outdoor growing fans in the north of the country. It grows tall like a typical sativa bud develops dense, resinous buds just like an indica. Indoors yields are between 400 - 500 gr/m2. Although it appears fully mature and ready to harvest in 65 days it is recommended to allow another 7 - 10 days which allows for the calyxes to go absolutely crazy, spiralling almost out of control! Outdoors it is very successful in warmer climates and is highly resistant to mould; growers in higher latitudes are advised to use a greenhouse as it will not be ready to harvest until October into November. Outdoors yields are in the region of 1000 - 1800 gr/plant. Super Silver Bilbo's flavour is that of a classic Haze strain, dominated by an intense perfumed incense with metallic undertones. Its effect is likewise classic sativa; extremely psychoactive and not one to enjoy before sleep as it is very stimulating for the imagination.
