Star

Star is the result of a long breeding programme with secret ancestors. V Elementum will say no more than that it is based on an old-school strain with genetic input from other high quality plants. Yields are high as is its THC production which delivers both physical as well as cerebral effects. Star is extremely adaptable to a wide variety of growing techniques and it is a strain that can be switched to the flowering phase shortly after it has become established due to its vigour and stretch during florescence. Although it is 60% sativa it finishes very quickly and indoors it is ready to be harvested after 68 days of flowering. Yields indoors are in the region of 550 gr/m2. Outdoors it will not be ready until the end of October, ruling out some marginal climate zones where the autumn weather will have set in, yielding as much as 1600 gr/plant. Star's flavour and scent are reminiscent of spices, especially nutmeg. Its high THC levels result in a psychedelic sativa effect albeit with some indica "bottom-end". This is a really different strain and one which sativa-dominant lover would do well to check out.
