Sour Kush (aka Headband)

Sour Kush is a cross of Sour Diesel and OG Kush. It is a 70% indica, high-yielding medicinal strain that won't lay waste to the day as it is not too over-powering. It's a great strain to use as a mother plant as its cuttings root very easily and quickly in just 8 - 10 days. Grown indoors flowering takes about 9 - 10 weeks and yields are very good at between 500 - 600 gr/m2. It is quite a tall plant that can be trained to present an even canopy to the lights and it is also fairly pungent so carbon filters are recommended. The pungent scent is reminiscent of diesel with a degree of earthiness. It provides good medicinal relief from stress, depression and pain and is great for day-time usage as it won't leave patients overly sedated and is rather uplifting as well as relaxing.
