Silver Haze

Silver Haze from Sensi Seeds is now available in this feminised version. Silver Haze is famously the first Haze strain that was capable of being cultivated indoors under artificial lighting with a realistic flowering period and improved yields. Although praised by sativa connoisseurs Haze itself is quite impractical for indoor growers as it takes 125 days or more to flower, grows ridiculously tall like a vine and produces small yields of exquisite, psychedelic cannabis. This feminised version of Silver Haze was not made available to the public until the newly feminised version had been back-crossed to the original Haze over several generations of selection. This Silver Haze #9 is 80% sativa and can be a stretchy plant to grow. For that reason it is often put into flowering when seedlings/cuttings are only 10 - 15 cm. tall yet they will still finish up at around 100 cm. Its lanky profile means that it is very suitable to be used in a SoG or SCRoG system. The choice is yours whether to veg. longer and train or just keep them short. Indoor flowering can take between 65 - 80 days but the wait is more than worthwhile. Outdoor harvests will not be ready until late October at the earliest and for this reason cultivation outdoors is contra-indicated for all but warm, dry climates - the Mediterranean will be ideal as long as it is not at too high an altitude. Long colas fill out with contiguous buds which have an open but not airy structure and incredible resin production - density is added thanks to the indica genetics. The effect is very psycho-active, psychedelic, cerebral and uplifting providing mental energy. This will evolve very slowly into a more relaxed state but this is not really recommended as a beginner's strain for smoking/vaping.
