San Bacio Gelato

San Bacio Gelato was bred with significant input from renowned US cannabis breeder Sherbinski. It is a 75% indica hybrid strain bred by crossing Bacio Gelato with 3 Kings Blueberry Headband and it shows definite indica-dominant traits. San Bacio Gelato produces very high levels of THC, large yields indoors and enormous harvests when cultivated outdoors. This is a really vigorous strain and it has a great hunger for nutrients. Possessing high adaptability to a range of climates, both arid and humid, it also shows good resistance to plant diseases. Branching is heavy along with the amount of foliage. The primary layers will benefit greatly from thinning in weeks 1, 3 and 6 of florescence to allow better light penetration to the interior bud sites thereby increasing yields. Staking or trellising is recommended to help support its heavy bud development in order to prevent branches from snapping. Indoors flowering takes between 60 - 67 days with yields in the range 450 - 550 gr/m2 and planted to a recommended density of between 6 - 9 plants/m2. Outdoors these plants can grow to an enormous 300 - 400 cm. tall and yielding between 3000 - 4000 gr. each with northern hemisphere harvests being ready in mid-October. Buds are large, dense and extremely sticky. A complex terpene profile is reminiscent of berries, cinnamon and black pepper with earthy notes of citrus peel pine wood. Very high THC production is up to 25% with just 0.1% CBD. Its effect is very potent and hard-hitting, and it may well be altogether too much for some people.
