ReCon

Recon is an 80% indica cannabis strain that comprises two parts LA Confidential and one part Cannadential. Recon was bred in Amsterdam and is valued for its medicinal benefits which derive from its fantastic body stone. Recon stretches quite a bit during flowering and so if you have a low-ish ceiling it is advised to veg. for just a short period. It is a hardy and robust strain that is mould and pest resistant and which can be grown in a SoG system, after pruning the lower branches, or super-cropped by tying the branches down to encourage the vertical growth of its buds. It's a big-yielding plant that can produce 600 gr/m2 under 600 watt lighting in 8 - 9 weeks flowering. The flavour is sweet, sour and a little spicy. The effect has been described as narcotic, couch-lock and pain-numbing making people feel relaxed and either hungry or sleepy and with dry "cotton mouth". Therapeutically it is good for insomnia, nausea and pain relief.
