Purple Moby Dick

Dinafem have dressed their latest version of Moby Dick in fine purple robes and splashed it with extra-fruity scents. This version is a cross between Jack Herer and a Purple Afghan Kush. It is 60% sativa and is an absolute beast of a plant in terms of its growth potential, yield and THC content. Purple Moby Dick thrives both indoors and outdoors when presented with good conditions. Indoor-grown plants can be put into flowering early so as to contain its height but it will also respond well to SCRoG and LST where height could be an issue. This trick also serves to increase yields as better light penetration will allow better bud development. In a 60 - 70 days flowering period yields of up to 650 gr/m2 are possible. Buds are very big, beautifully coloured at maturity and glistening with resin crystals. Outdoor cultivation will be possible anywhere that has good weather until mid-late October as it will take until then to be ready for harvest. Outdoors heights of 350 cm. are not uncommon and yields are a mind-blowing 1500 gr/plant. Whichever environment you choose this plant is very greedy and requires, and thrives, on lots of light, nutrients, water and space in which to spread its wings. Failure to supply sufficient nutrients will result in a sub-optimal plant with nutrient deficiencies. It is mould-resistant and will almost certainly need stakes or some other form of support if the branches are not to snap under the weight of its enormous buds. The scent and taste are intensely sweet and fruity supported by the original's pine notes. THC production is very high at 21% and the effect is wildly cerebral and will please those experienced smokers/vapers who are looking for something a little extra.
