Pommelo Pine

Pommelo Pine has a very descriptive name as its scent and taste resemble the citrus fruit with pine notes, It was bred by crossing a Grapefruit clone with Sumo's own award-winning White Widow Original. It is 80% sativa and is an extremely stable variety. Pommelo Pine grows in the classic sativa shape with widely-spaced internodes although the leaves are a bit wider than usual due to the indica influence of the White Widow. If grown indoors its height will stay quite low not exceeding much more than 100 cm. In 9 - 10 weeks flowering she can yield between 450 - 650 gr/m2. The very best yields are obtained by using either a SoG (Sea of Green) or SCRoG (Screen of Green) set-up which will maximise the light that reaches the buds increasing yields. Growers in cooler climates are advised to grow in agreenhouse for best results as the cold weather and rain will hamper development. Outdoors planted in the ground these plants can stretch ending up at around 200 cm. tall. Each plant can produce 450 - 600 gr. with harbest being in October in the northern hemisphere or March in southern latitudes. As already mentioned the taste and scent are very reminiscent of both sweet citrus fruit and pine, hense the name.This is another of the Sumo Seeds' strains with super-high THC production accompanied by low CBD. The effect is that of a typical crative and energetic sativa high. It can be enjoyed at any time as it is not completely debilitating and is also perfect for social situations and clubbing.
