Northern Lights CBD

Northern Lights CBD is a 90% indica strain that has a 1:1 THC:CBD ratio. It is a very compact plant, 80 - 120 cm, that grows to a medium size with very good production. Its use is primarily intended for medicinal users. Crossing Pyramid's Northern Lights with their own high-CBD plant produces a plant with broad leaves and a rich green colour. Indoors flowering will take about 55 days yielding around 500 gr/m2 under 600 watt grow lights. Outdoors this strain can produce between 500 - 1000 gr/plant with harvest due in the first week of September in the northern hemisphere. The buds are fat but with less resin production than the standard non-CBD version. The taste of this strain's buds is sweet and its 10% THC and 9% CBD delivers an effect that is far milder than the version without the high CBD levels. It is thought to be useful in countering the symptoms of a wide range of ailments.
