Northern Light x Skunk

Northern Light x Skunk is an indica-dominant hybrid cannabis strain with high therapeutic potential due to its concentration of cannabinoids. Neither strain really needs an introduction, so well-known as champions themselves. It has very good resistance to both pests and moulds, produces good yields, high THC and has a relatively short flowering period. This plant can be grown successfully both indoors and also outdoors although indoor growers should take some care with air filtering as it is quite an odiferous plant. Indoors flowering takes between 55 - 60 days to obtain yields of between 400 - 500 gr/m2 of dried bud. Outdoors northern hemisphere harvests will be ready in early October with each plant capable of producing around 900 gr. dried weight. The flavour is very sweet and more-ish. Production of THC is 17% THC and the effect is said to be extremely therapeutic and relaxing. It is an excellent strain from which to make concentrates and extracts; indeed it won 3rd Prize for extracts at the Cultivators' Cup, Michigan, USA, 2017.
