Moroccan Beldia Kif

Description

Moroccan Beldia Kif is a traditional land-race strain from the area close to Ketama and Chefchaouen in Morocco. This is the natural home of traditional Moroccan blond hashish and kif, made with tobacco and cannabis flowers. Pure land-race sativa strain. These plants flower very early, almost semi auto-flowering, and are ready for harvest outdoors in Morocco during the month of August. In this environment after the plants are dried they are threshed by hand before sieving; the length of threshing time and the grade of sieve are instrumental in determining the final quality of the hash. Most plants are small - medium in size and columnar in structure but others can be more squat and with side-branches. They are very resistant to heat, drought and pests although they tolerate the cold rather less well. It is not completely acclimatised to indoor growing although it is quite possible - just don't water very much and plants will require very little feeding too. Plants are ready for harvest after just 7 - 8 weeks indoors with average yields. Woody, earthy, spicy and herbal scents define the aroma profile. THC levels are rather low between 2.5 - 5% while CBD has been measured at between 0 - 2%. Its effect, while light, is relaxing and cerebral before becoming more introspective and sedative. It is an ideal breeding strain with which to reduce flowering times of hybrids.
