Lemon Candy

Lemon Candy is slightly more sativa than indica at 55% versus 45%. A hybrid cross of a selected HOG together with a New York City Diesel this plant has a very strong structural presence but it is a strain that suffers easily from light stress therefore the dark period must be kept so otherwise flowering will either stop or be very severely retarded thus limiting production markedly. This is a plant with a very complex aroma; citrus mixes with sweet scents, sometimes even a skunk-like smell appears. The effect is medium strength and uplifting with recommendations for medical usage, especially for its extracts - Exotic says that it is a favourite strain for dry extract making, less for its yield than overall quality. It starts off more cerebral and slowly evolves into a more physical effect which is good for relaxation. Yields are quite good at between 450 gr - 500 gr/m2 and the flowering time is fairly quick at around 8 weeks.
