Island Sweet Barb is a sativa-dominant hybrid bred by crossing Island Sweet Skunk with Barbara Bud. Island Sweet Barb inherits traits of bud-structure and high yields from the Island Sweet Skunk while benefiting from the shorter flowering and superior structure of the Barbara Bud. Despite its longer flowering period relative to other Barbara Bud crosses from The House of the Great Gardener it is eminently suitable for cultivation outdoors as well as indoors. These plants grow tall and take 9 - 10 weeks of flowering to produce high yields. Sweet Skunk scents with peach and citrus notes are followed by a pure Skunk palate with citrus notes, the dominant Alpha-Pinene terpene supported by smaller amounts of Beta Myrcene, Beta Pinene and Alpha Bisabolol. THC production hits 14.57% with 0.07% CBD and 0.12% CBG. The effect of smoking or vaping Island Sweet Skunk is immediately heady complemented by clarity of thought and later evolving into more of a body-stone.
