Gorila Bilbo

Gorila Bilbo is the strain that has been known as Gorilla Glue #4, more often abbreviated to GG4 these days. Genehtik have worked on it regarding selection for breeding and the result is a medium to large plant which has a strong indica dominance and which produces very high quantities of resin making it eminently suitable for making extractions. It was originally an serendipitous cross of Sour Dubb, Chem Sister and Chocolat Diesel, a very fortuitous accident. It is a very straightforward strain to grow out as long as EC levels are kept to a moderate level in hydro and that fertiliser in other media is used judiciously. It is highly vigorous, producing very dense buds which are extraordinarily resistant to fungal infections. Indoors flowering takes 9 weeks producing between 500 - 600 gr/m2. Outdoors northern hemisphere harvests are ready during October with each plant capable of delivering 1000 - 1300 gr. Flavours are earthy, acidic/citric and its sticky buds contain THC levels of up to 25%! The effect is very potent resulting in an indica-type high which, although extremely relaxing, is recommended for the experienced "cannasseur" only.
