Gelato

Gelato is a renowned hybrid cannabis strain from California, a cross between Sunset Sherbet and Thin Mints GSC. Despite its high status and demand for its multi-coloured, potent buds it is suitable for beginner growers as well as being of high enough quality to impress the connoisseur. Gelato grows to be a medium-sized plant indoors ending up between 120 - 150 cm. tall. In order to maximise production it is strongly recommended to train plants increasing buds' exposure to the light. Yields of 450 - 550 gr/m2 are to be expected in an 8 - 10 week flowering time. Buds display shades of pink, purple and magenta while its bright orange pistils are highly decorative. Buds are easy to manicure and the excess leaf is sugar-coated and more than worthwhile to keep and use as you wish. Rich in terpenes, Gelato has the scent and flavour of sweet cookie dough, citrus, spice and earthy notes. THC production is very high at up to 22% while CBD is low at less than 1%.
