Forbidden Cake

Forbidden Cake is an indica/sativa hybrid composed of two extremely tasty strains, Wedding Cake and Forbidden Fruit. The breeders at Elev8 Seeds were in a fortunate position having acquired the original breeder's cut of Forbidden Fruit; this turned out to be the most powerful-smelling purple strain that they had ever encountered, a fact that provided an extra boost to Forbidden Cake's terpene profile. Forbidden Cake is an interesting proposition for both indoor and outdoor growers. Indoor cultivation results in a flowering time of between 8 - 9 weeks. Although yields are only average the quality more than makes up for it. Various phenotypical expressions will see some plants with a lot more purple colouration than others. The terpene profile is loud and then some; Forbidden Cake blends pungent, sweet, rotten fruit scents with cookies and fuel (gas). Both THC and CBD levels are high, respectively 15 - 20% and 5% plus. The dried and cured buds have high potency.
