Family Jewels

Family Jewels is an 80% sativa strain which is named after its incredible density of sparkling trichomes. Its uplifting smell and effect are matched by its beautiful appearance as flowers and small leaves reveal purple shades as it closes in on maturity and harvest time. This strain is easy to grow. Family Jewels is an S1 cross between the strains Lost Coast Lemons and Old Growth O.G. In vegetative growth it displays vine-like tendencies which makes it ideal for training or SCRoG set-ups. Once flowering is initiated, though, this creeper tendency disappears as plant grow vertically towards their light source producing long colas of sativa buds. Indoors flowering takes just 55 days while outdoors in northern latitudes harvest is between September 25th and October 10th.[p> Scents and tastes of sweet lime and fuel pervade the dried buds.
