El Dorado OG

El Dorado OG is an indica-dominant strain (90%), the result of crossing OG Kush with Thin Mints GSC. While European invaders searched the New World for El Dorado, a mythical source of riches, Paradise Seeds has created the modern equivalent through selective cannabis breeding. El Dorado OG has high resin production, a superb terpene profile and medicinal benefits that will help to raise spirits while soothing pain and providing complete relaxation. El Dorado OG is an easy-to-grow strain and is ideal for those indoor grow rooms where space might be an obstacle for larger plants. Plants grow uniformly and with a stocky, bushy structure developing a central cola with lateral branches providing a lower leaf canopy. Resin production becomes obvious early during flowering and buds display a tight calyx structure with vivid orange pistils. Later in flowering buds may show some purple amongst the small sugar-coated leaves. Indoor flowering time is about 60 days with yields of 500 gr/m2 expected. Outdoor cultivation is most successful in warmer climates although possible in cooler zones where a low calyx to leaf ration allows for good air-flow leading to some degree of mould resistance. Flowering in this environment will take a weeks or so longer at around 70 days. Yields will be as high as 1000 gr/plant or even more in optimum conditions. El Dorado OG's terpenes give a strong scent of earth, wood, pine resin with sweet lemon and fuel notes. On the palate spicy lemon and pine are underpinned by an attractive bitter quality. THC production varies between 18 - 22% while CBD is less than 0.1%. The effect is one of profound mental and physical relaxation which is guaranteed to put a smile on anyone's face.
