Dutch Kush

Dutch Kush is a short and bushy marijuana strain whose many branches are covered in tightly-spaced budding-sites. It is a very potent indica strain that provides deep relaxation and healing for medicinal marijuana users. Dutch Kush won the Highlife Cannabis Cup held in Amsterdam in 2016 (Hydro). Special Dutch genetics have been added to a Kush strain to create this potent new 80% indica variety. Dutch Kush grows well indoors as well as outdoors. Indoor cultivation lends itself to both Sea of Green and Screen of Green techniques as the closely-spaced inter-nodes will either form dense contiguous colas in the former or create many smaller ones in the case of the latter where side-branches are tied down. Yields are very good; expect about 500 gr/m2 indoors or 500 gr/plant outdoors./p> Flowering indoors takes between 8 - 9 weeks and will produce a very noticeable odour which will require air-filtration for most growers. Outdoors it will perform spectacularly well in Mediterranean-type climates but its relatively short flowering time means that great results are also possible in higher latitudes such as northern Europe, Russia and North America where it will be ready to harvest in early October or April in the southern hemisphere. Resin production is high making it a really excellent choice for hash-making or for other extracts. Dried buds have a deep flavour of earthy caramel and coffee mixed with citrus fruits and sweet Skunk giving hints of the pleasures to come. The initial effect is fast and brings a sense of heightened perception before the heavy-hitting indica stone engulfs the smoker. Deep relaxation mixed with a sense of euphoria is guaranteed.
