California Wildfire

California Wildfire is a plant that is slightly more indica than sativa at 60/40. It is a new-style California classic that produces enormous colas consisting of the familiar coke-bottle shaped calyxes. This strain is incredibly vigorous in the vegetative growth stage and once the flowering period is initiated it will double in size at least so when grown indoors this should be borne in mind if space is likely to become an issue. Staking/support is necessary in order to support its terminal colas and a steady supply of nutrients will satisfy its hunger for food. Due to the size and density of its buds a good air circulation is recommended to prevent mould becoming a problem as there is a slight inherent susceptibility to this in the strain's character. The aroma, flavour and effect betray its Chemdawg genetic component with an instantly sour taste followed by earthy notes and a pungently citrus aftertaste. This is not recommended for novice or casual smokers as it has a high THC content and a very powerful, almost hallucinogenic, effect.
