Amur Giant Auto is a satva-dominant auto-flowering strain that was created by crossing Jack Herer x Power Plant with a ruderalis strain native to the Amur region in the far east of Russia. The Amur Auto has provided a lot of stability to this strain and has given it a very good resistance to fungal infections. Amur Giant Auto has the appearance of a Power Plant but actually resembles the Jack Herer is terms of its aroma and flavour although with rather more lemon and berry apparent. Its genetic make-up is Ruderalis 10%, Sativa 60%, Indica 30%. Its majority sativa genetics have resulted in a somewhat longer flowering period at between 68 - 75 days. Indoor plants will grow to a height of 100 - 150 cm. Indoor yields are very good coming in at between 450 - 600 gr/m2. The buds of this strain are quite a light green with good density; in late flowering these turn a yellow-orange colour and are covered in a generous layer of resin. The taste is a mixture of lemon and sandalwood with a hint of wild berry jam. With a THC production of 19% it has a powerful sativa-type effect which remains quite social and proving to be good for work tasks and communication.
