Anesthesia

Anesthesia is a profoundly indica-dominant strain with just 10% sativa genetics. It was bred by crossing two top indica strains that will be well-known to cannabis enthusiasts- Northern Lights and Black Domina. It has dark green foliage and produces high amounts of resin. Its compact structure makes it a good mother plant from which to take cuttings. Anesthesia has a relatively short flowering period of 50 - 55 days. This means that it will mature early enough to be cultivated in higher latitudes as long as the weather is not too wet, especially near the end of flowering as this can be the cause of mould infestations. It is medium height plant reaching between 80 - 120 cm. tall and is a high-yielding strain which can produce 550 gr/m2 indoors under 600 watt lights. Its flavour is initially sweet but with a mouth-wateringly acidic after-taste. THC production is high at 19% with 1,9% CBD. The overall effect is very nicely relaxing and Pyramid Seeds recommends it as a therapeutic or medicinal strain although no specific indications are provided although our guess is that Anesthesia may well help to relieve pain.
