Afghan Kush Ryder
Afghan Kush Ryder is the resut of crossing Afghan Kush with ruderalis genetics to produce an auto-flowering plant. It has been back-crossed multiple times to produce a plant with indica characteristics and automatic traits. Afghan Kush Ryder can be grown indoors or outdoors in a range of climates and environments. It is a hardy plant with great resistance to both mould and plant pests. It typically reaches a height of between 40 - 80 cm. tall but occasionally some plants might grow a bit taller in very good conditions and with plenty of room for the roots to develop. The entire life-cycle of Afghan Kush Ryder is approximately 60 - 70 days from germination through to harvest. Indoor yields will be 350 - 450 gr/m2 with outdoor plants producing between 25 - 55 gr/plant. This strain has quite a noticeable odour during its flowering phase so growers may well want to consider measures to control this. If growing outdoors it's a good idea to start plants early indoors before moving out as soon as the weather warms up. By starting a second crop a couple of weeks or so before the first one has been harvested it will be possible to raise two crops in one growing season. Afghan Kush Ryder has a pungent aroma of incense which carries on to the palate. THC production is very high at 22% and its elevated CBD makes this a great medicinal marijuana strain. A potent, long-lasting, relaxing high with narcotic qualities will help with pain relief and sleeping problems.
